It's not overly crowded, which means you'll have more privacy while maximizing your vehicle's possibilities. What's even better? Exploring all of the area's paths might take weeks, making it ideal for vacations and holidays. Click here for more info.

2. Dunes Vehicle Recreation Area

This is an 800-acre public land that is open to OHV riders. It's 1.5 miles outside of Farmington and has breathtaking views. It's been used by off-roaders for almost 40 years and has a few difficult sections, so be prepared. Unfortunately, trash is strewn about in some areas, including shattered glass that could damage your tires. Because of the constant road noise, if you wish to spend the night camping, you should select a more private location. Click here for more info.
