Warning: DRR off-road vehicles can be hazardous to operate and are not intended for on-road use. Driver must be the recommended age listed at this link and published with each ATV to drive. Passengers, if permitted, must be at least 12 years old. All riders should always wear helmets, eye protection, and protective clothing. Never engage in stunt driving, and avoid excessive speeds and sharp turns. Never ride under the influence of alcohol/drugs. All riders should take a safety training course. For safety course information contact your dealer or call (866) 847-4571. Always read the owner's manual before riding the ATV. All images and videos on this website were taken using highly skilled race sanctioned operators under controlled conditions. Vehicles in images may have been modified by a dealership for racing purposes. Images of prototypes were not vehicles meant for sale and may not contain all required features such as reflectors.

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit with claim and approved by the shipping company.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be damaged in transit, you must first sign for the item as damaged with the shipping service. Take pictures of the damaged item and email us within 7 days of receiving the ATV at  to alert us of the damage. Once informed of the damaged item we will make a claim with the shipping service.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have made the claim, we will send you an email to notify you that we that we have begun the process. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of being notified, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are damaged in transit and a claim was made.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

DRR USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, DRR USA will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
