Service Bulletin: Upgrades for New DRK 90cc Models

We’re excited to announce a set of performance-focused upgrades for the DRK 90cc mini ATV. These changes are the result of real-world testing and rider feedback, designed to deliver better power delivery, improved drive response, and more efficient performance. These changes are now standard on all DRK 90cc units.

What’s New on the DRK 90cc?

1. Upgraded Exhaust System

This new exhaust enhances airflow and backpressure tuning, delivering improved throttle response and top-end performance. Riders will notice a smoother, stronger acceleration.

2. High-Performance Drive Belt

This upgraded CVT belt offers better grip and durability under load, especially during quick starts or on inclines. It’s engineered to reduce belt slip and extend service life for more consistent riding performance.

3. New Variator Plate Washer (16mm)

This small but impactful component helps optimize the variator’s performance by improving belt spacing and rotational efficiency, which translates to a better initial take-off and a more refined power curve.

These updates are exclusive to the new 2025 DRK 90cc and are not compatible with the earlier DRX 90cc models.
